Nightengale Commercial Resurfacing Company did several jobs for us in 2017. Our business is very active and has a lot of traffic every day. We needed something that would hold up. Nightengale removed all of our old flooring and finished it with a Res-Tek acrylic reactive resin flooring systems with broadcasted flakes. This was the right product for our business which included a 15 bed residential group home. The crew worked around the cloud so we didn't have any downtime for our business. We met Stan at a large restaurant trade show last year and knew right away that the floor he could install in the kitchen of our condominium community restaurant would be the perfect solution to a longstanding problem. Our kitchen had thirty-year old tile that was cracked in numerous places and had grout lines which were so permeated with grease and dirt that no amount of industrial cleaning could restore their brightness. There were trip hazards everywhere as well as slippery conditions most of the time due to the aged tile. Once we were able to budget for the project we began coordinating with the Nightengale staff to get the project scheduled for completion. The information provided by the company to help us prepare to properly close our restaurant in support of the installation was very helpful. Everything about the project itself was extremely full service. We were thrilled that the company had a longstanding relationship with a business partner that handles the disconnection, moving, and reconnection of the full-range of commercial kitchen equipment and thus was able to include it in the project cost. The coordination of this complex aspect of the project was handled seamlessly, and all of our aging equipment was back in place and returned to operation in very short order once the new surface was in place. The project was completed ahead of schedule, thereby allowing us to reopen our restaurant on time. We now have a beautiful new floor that is easier to clean-and-on which our employees can move around safely even at peak times for our high-volume dining room. The attention to detail at every step of the project was obvious to us all and resulted in a significant improvement to both the appearance and operation of our kitchen. We work with contractors across numerous industries throughout our 1,900 unit community, and none of them coordinate their work as effectively and efficiently as this company. I could not recommend their work more confidently. We only have one commercial kitchen in our community, but we will look for other types of floors that Nightengale can replace for us, as I am fully confident that any floor that they install will ensure years of heavy-duty use with the practical and aesthetic improvements we now enjoy in our kitchen. Nightengale Commercial Resurfacing did an amazing job in our meat room floor. We had several layers of old flooring and they striped it down to the slab, pitched the floor the right way so that all the water goes to the drains and resurfaced with his amazing product. The floor looks better then ever!! Not slippery and super easy to clean!! Stan was a pleasure to work with, he has a great attitude and very professional. I highly recommend Nightengale!!
